We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video cum Graphic Designer to join our agency. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through video and design, with the ability to create captivating visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate presentations. This role requires a blend of video creation, editing, and graphic design expertise, along with shooting capabilities for corporate videos and content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Creation & Editing:
• Produce high-quality creative reels, corporate videos, and innovative video content.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other industry-standard tools.
• Create animations and motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Ensure that video content is aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
• Graphic Design:
• Design visually stunning social media posts, infographics, and digital assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative design solutions.
• Shooting Skills:
• Operate cameras and lighting equipment to shoot high-quality videos for corporate use, product showcases, and promotional material.
• Ensure high standards in video quality and audio during shooting sessions.
• Creative Input:
• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and digital storytelling projects.
• Suggest creative strategies for visual content based on trends and audience preferences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and other design software.
• Strong skills in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Hands-on experience with video cameras, lighting, and shooting techniques.
• Ability to create animations and engaging visual content using After Effects or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating video content and graphic designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience in an agency setting or working on a variety of brands.
