JD – Accounts Associate

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Associate to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations. Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts

– Prepare and file tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner

– Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations and laws

– Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and other financial records

– Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

– Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in Tally Prime

– Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry

– Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

– Experience with GST and TDS regulations and laws

– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per year
