Job Title: Powder Coating Operator

Department: Production / Finishing

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

Elite Elevators is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coating Operator to join our manufacturing team who has a experience of 1-5 Years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying powder coatings to metal components used in our premium residential elevator systems, ensuring high-quality surface finishes and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, or applying pre-treatment chemicals.
• Set up and operate manual or automated powder coating equipment.
• Apply powder coatings evenly to components, ensuring correct thickness and finish quality.
• Monitor oven temperatures and curing cycles to ensure optimal adhesion and finish.
• Inspect coated items for defects and perform touch-ups or rework as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of coating booths, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and ventilation systems.
• Maintain records of daily production, materials used, and process parameters.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure finished components meet company standards.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
