Job Title: Building Management System (BMS) TechnicianExperience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Maintenance)Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹23,00 per month (Based on experience & skills)Job Description:

We are looking for a Building Management System (BMS) Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and operation of BMS systems. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining building automation systems to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor BMS for HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and utility systems
• Attend alarms, analyze faults, and coordinate rectification activities
• Perform basic troubleshooting of BMS controllers, sensors, and field devices
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective and preventive actions
• Update BMS logs, reports, and daily operational records
• Support preventive maintenance activities through BMS monitoring
• Ensure proper functioning of communication networks and control panels
• Follow safety standards and company SOPs during maintenance activities

Job Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS operation and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and building utilities
• Familiarity with BMS software, alarms, trends, and reports
• Ability to work independently and in shifts (if required)
• Good communication and coordination skills
